Portneuf Wellness Complex
The Portneuf Wellness Complex is an 80-acre recreational paradise located on Pocatello's beautiful east bench in the Highland Area. Whether you're a fisherman, dirt biker, soccer player, or Sunday stroller, the Portneuf Wellness Complex has something for you. The site is anchored by a 7-acre lake stocked with fish and bordered by a sandy swimming beach. Sport enthusiasts appreciate the outdoor basketball courts, sand volleyball pits, full-size sports fields, and mountain bike park. The nearly two miles of paved walking paths are popular with many nearby residents who enjoy taking a morning or evening stroll. And you won't be without restrooms, pavilions, concession stands, and plenty of parking.
Also on site is the 11,000-seat Portneuf Health Trust Amphitheatre, hosting outdoor music concerts and community events. Just south of the complex, is the Bannock County Event Center that offers horse races and facilities and a top-notch RV park. The wellness complex is a recreational jewel for Southeast Idaho residents.
